I recently asked my twitter followers to tell me a little about why they like cock and ball torture ( also known as CBT), one of my favourite kink activities. I got some fantastic responses.

We can see from this sample of responses that cock and ball torture is an incredibly versatile activity, enjoyed by kinksters for vastly different reasons.
Why is cock and ball torture a favourite activity of mine?
CBT play with my male slaves feels like a very compelling, powerful and essential FemDom expression. A woman bringing pain to the physical site of male sexuality? Could not be more relevant to my interests.
Of course the appeal is far beyond physical. The extreme, exquisite vulnerability of a male slave offering me this delicate, sensitive area that his every instinct tells him to protect is a powerful motivator for me.
As a confirmed sadist I relish the suffering of my slaves in general and with CBT I have such a responsive, sensitive “canvas” to work with. On that note there’s also the creativity that CBT play allows. There’s so many ways that this area can be tortured and I very much enjoy coming up with new variations and combinations of sensations to inflict.
CBT is also a very versatile and adjustable activity. Sensations range from quite mild and erotic to very extreme meaning that it can be enjoyed with a wide spectrum of my devotees.
